College Baseball: Dix heads to Francis Marion program

Former Graham baseball player Cody Dix is part of the recruiting class at Division II Francis Marion as a transfer.
The school announced that Dix is one of 10 transfers into the program for the 2014 season.
Dix, a left-handed pitcher, has two years of eligibility remaining after spending the 2013 season at Southeastern Community College in Whiteville. He posted a 6-5 record with 1.68 earned run average for Southeastern Community College.
In 2012, Dix was with the UNC Pembroke program.
Pitcher Eric DuBose of Lexington, S.C., also is headed to Francis Marion out of Southeastern Community College.
